Before we meet, I want to make sure you have all the extra resources to feel confident & embody your authentic self.
Below I have curated a list of magic to help you prepare for your Brand Embodiment Session.

Reminders + tips to prepare for your Brand Embodiment Session:
- Complete guided meditation (more info below).
- Schedule Vision Call (Intentions, Location, Questions).
- Pack your bag/basket the night before.
- Lay out your outfits and any props.
- For Day Session, bring 6-8 outfits. For Half Day Session, bring 2-4 outfits.
- For 2 Hour Session 2-3 outfits. For 1 hour session one outfit is great.
- Make sure to bring snacks, food, water bottles, etc. as we will be out in nature for the day away from any stores.
- Bring WARM layers, extra socks, etc. just incase you get cold.
- Bring a raincoat or umbrella if you have (Rain could actually be really cool for some of your shots but we'll manifest good weather!!)

To support you in finding a deeper intention for your Brand Embodiment Session, I wanted to offer you this free recorded meditation. Maybe this will give you some visions or ideas. Listen to this guided meditation as much as you desire -- you will have access until our photo session. Please make sure to listen with headphones in a safe & cozy space + have your journal and some water close by.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to ground down.
Please arrive ready to be photographed, unless you added on hair/makeup.
We will begin our session with a 10-minute grounding meditation to reconnect to your purpose.
I am there to support you throughout the whole session so you don't have to worry about a thing!
