I created this as a complete immersive experience of the stuff we touch the surface and is still so transformative in The Goddess Session. I’ve taken all of these concepts and put them into a weekend experience that culminates with your mini Goddess Session. 4 nights & 5 days of sisterhood & ceremony. Fully immerse yourselves in nature.

Day One & Two is Ground & Release.

We ground down and allow the shadow to be present so we can choose from an empowered place to release it.

Daily Activities include:

  • Wound Clearing Sister Circle
  • Guided shadow integration meditation
  • 'Let it go' Journal Prompts
  • ‘Burn & Release’ Fire ceremony

Day Three & Four Move into the Light.

‍Shedding the shadows to step into the light of your most confident embodied Goddess.

  • 'Open your Heart' Cacao Ceremony + Ecstatic Dance
  • 'Be visible' Sister Refection circle
  • Goddess Adornment Ceremony
  • 1:1 mini Goddess Session

Day Five Share the Light.

Receive guidance to maintain your illuminated goddess energy in everyday life. You will feel empowered to express yourself in any situation, be it personal or business.

Daily Actives Include:

  • 'Awaken' Morning Movement Practice
