What Happens After You Apply

1. You'll hear from us within 3–5 days. Every application is read personally. This is a small circle, and we take the time to sit with each one.

2. We'll talk it through. If it feels aligned on both sides, we'll reach out to answer anything still open and find the room that fits you.

3. Your place is held with a deposit. A $333 deposit — or payment in full — confirms your spot in the circle. Until that lands, nothing is locked.

4. Then the preparation begins. Your pilgrimage starts the moment you say yes. You'll receive your full packing and preparation guide, and we begin parting the mists together through pre-pilgrimage intention setting and our digital sanctuary.

🌿 One thing worth starting now: check your passport. It must not expire within six months of travel, and you'll need a UK ETA. Full details are in the FAQ on the retreat page.
